Renovation is broken. We're fixing it.

My Reno HQ exists because the people who renovate Australia's bathrooms have been quietly paying for a margin structure no one explained to them. Built by someone who's spent a decade inside it.

A decade in the largest renovation companies in Australia.

Steve Stott has worked at five of Australia's largest full-service renovation companies over the last ten years, and runs a successful Perth renovation company today. He's personally completed hundreds of bathrooms and has direct trade relationships with major Australian bathroom suppliers. He knows the cost structure, the markup model, the supplier discounts, the design workflow — and the failure modes — from the inside.

That's why My Reno HQ exists. The full-service market applies a ~45% margin on top of trades, tiles and fixtures. Owner-managed renovations save tens of thousands of dollars, but they pay in time, stress and rookie mistakes — because no one has done this before. My Reno HQ removes the pain: design, products, vetted trades, conditional payments, all in one place.

Three principles that drive the platform.

Honest pricing beats hidden margin.

The full-service model isn't dishonest, but it is expensive. We show you exactly where every dollar goes — trades, products, design, platform — line by line.

You can run your own renovation.

With the right tools, the right design and the right trades, yes — you can. We make it possible for homeowners who don't want to give up control or pay for it.

The platform is the product.

We're not the builder. We are the software, the design service, and the supplier and trade network that sits behind you.
